If you chose the wrong size, you can make an "easy return" in the N Mail app. If you took your purchase home, you have 14 days to return/exchange it at your own expense.
You can try on both sizes at the store (in the fitting room):
1. I can send two separate packages.
2. I’ll send both sizes together. You take the package home, try them on, and send back what doesn’t fit using the “Easy Return” app. Once I receive the return, I’ll refund the difference. It’s all fair.
Fitting rooms are available in almost every store. If the item doesn’t fit, simply refuse the delivery, and your prepayment of 150 UAH will be refunded. You’ll only lose a small amount.
In Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil, you can pick up your order in person and try it on.
Delivery via Nova Poshta with “cash on delivery” costs approximately +150 UAH. This amount includes delivery and the Nova Poshta fee.

Due to military operations, everyone pays for delivery in advance - you pay the remaining amount upon receipt.
